Meeting called to order at 7:15

Present are: Lee Berkowitz, Suzanne Gervais, Susan Linehan, Stacey Simons

Secretary’s Report:

None

Treasurer’s Report:

Savings $164.17 as of 4/6/99

Checking $3848.35

Bulb profit $1278.60

Old Business:

Bulb Fundraiser: The bulbs are due in the week of 4/5/99 on Thursday or Friday for distribution prior to school vacation.

New Business:

Nominations were entered for the 1999-2000 year’s officers

Lee Berkowitz, Secretary

Stacey Simons, Treasurer

Suzanne Peyton, Mary Wallen President

Alan Bloom, Debby Levine, Anat Zakai, Katie Baker, Wendy Dagle, Mary Wallen, Mark Baron, Vice President

Suzanne will contact the above to verify their interest in the positions.

Suggestions were made for Recognition awards for staff members at the schools

Other Business:

Next meeting is May 4, the election for new officers for 1999-2000.

It’s unlikely that a May panel will occur.
