The minutes were reviewed from the July Meeting. Minutes were approved with amendments.

Correspondence

E-mails were received and responded to by Sue Linehan

Dr. Loud responded to Sue's e-mail and set up a meeting this Friday. The date for the SSEPAC workshop with the PPS and Superintendent will be determined at the meeting.

Fundraising:

The Harlem Rockets is set for December 15

Debra May presented a detailed agenda with action items for the fundraiser. Alice Hui of Mandarin Taste will handle getting the food and popcorn maker, etc.

Parent Peer Support Group

Maureen Khung reported on a program done in CA. She will be receiving information to share with us.

Middle School & High School Parents Focus Group.

A meeting was held at the Community Center on 8/1. The results of the meeting will be discussed by Sue Linehan with Dr. Loud..
