November 2001 NewsletterWorkshopsSSEPAC’s next workshop will be on Thursday, Nov. 8 from 7-9 PM at the Middle School auditorium. It is called "Accessing the General Curriculum" and will be presented by the Federation for Children with Special Needs. The workshop will discuss the various ways that children with special needs can have access to the came education that regular education students receive. PDPs are available for this workshop. Harlem Rockets tickets go on sale November 8th!Mark your calendars for the Harlem Rockets on Saturday, December 15 at 7:00 PM at the HS Gym. Watch as our local teachers, administrators, policemen, firemen, town officials, residents and SSEPAC members take on the Harlem Rockets in an exciting basketball match. Can our Sharon "All Stars" beat the infamous Harlem Rockets? Come and find out. Tickets go on sale Thursday, Nov. 8 and cost $8 in advance. Tickets are available at the following locations: Sharon Mart, 17 Post Office Square, Tedechsi’s, Mobil Station (68 Pond St) and Roger’s Barber Shop. Mandarin Taste will be catering the event! Tickets not sold in advance will be $12 at the door. Tickets are limited (seating capacity is 744) so buy soon to avoid missing this great show! Proceeds benefit SSEPAC. Fall Bulbs FundraiserThanks to all of you who supported the SSEPAC fall fundraiser. The bulbs will be delivered by the first week in November. SSEPAC raised over $4500.
